1. Return period

You have a period of 24H from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

2. Return conditions

For the return to be accepted:

  • The articles must be not worn , unwashed And in their original packaging

  • The item must not be damaged

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be attached

⚠️ Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products on promotion (except for defects)

  • Personalized items

3. Return procedure

Once your request is validated, we will send you instructions for returning the package.

4. Return costs

  • THE Return costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.

5. Refunds

Once the return has been received and checked, we will proceed with the refund within 24 to 48 hours working days , via the payment method used during purchase.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product (size, flavor, etc.), please mention this in your return request. The new item will be sent once the return has been validated.
